klasse m1,2,3_verschiedenePauli Weighing Systems supplies all the following weights and weight sets for verifying mass at a very precise level of accuracy in laboratory and industrial applications. Our calibration weights meet, or exceed, all necessary standards as outlined below.

Scales have to be checked on a regular basis as weighing is a very accurate process. One needs the appropriate weights to calibrate scales, balances etc.

There are eight classes of weights, which are used for different weighings. E0 is the most accurate and M3 the most imprecise class. The different meanings of these classes are explained as follows.

The weights are made of different materials and you can choose the shape you need.

When testing weights with other weights, the correct test class is the next highest class.

Primary standards – class E0
As national standard and/or to show the national mass scale up to 50 kg. For calibration (tracing) of the mass standards of class E1 to national standards.

Mass standards – class E1
Adjustment, testing, official calibration and calibration instrument for the quality assurance of scales with more than 1,000,000 steps in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001ff etc.
For the calibration and official calibration of weights of class E2 in accordance with OIML R111 and E08.
For high-precision weighing or comparative measurements on measurement comparators.

Standard weights – class E2
Adjustment, testing, official calibration and calibration weights for precision scales of class I
For the quality assurance of scales with fewer than 1,000,000 steps in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001ff etc.
For weighing or making comparative measurements on class I scales or on measurement comparators.
For the calibration and official calibration of weights of classes F1 and F2 in accordance with OIML R111 and E08.

High precision weights – class F1:
Adjustment, testing and calibration instruments for scales of class II and for quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001ff for scales with fewer than 300,000 steps.

Weights for the calibration and official calibration of weights of the lower classes (M3-F2) in accordance with E08 and OIML R111.

High precision weights – class F2:
Adjustment, testing and calibration instruments for scales of class II and for quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001ff for scales with fewer than 100,000 steps.

Weights for the calibration and official calibration of weights of the lower classes (M3-M1) in accordance with E08 and OIML R111. Use for significant business (e.g. precious metals and stones) on scales of class II. Load cells for the depiction of the most precise pull, pressure or torsion conditions.

Precision weights of class M1:
Adjustment, testing and calibration instrument for commercial scales (class III) and for quality assurance in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001ff for scales with fewer than 30,000 steps.

  • Weights for use in the calibration and official calibration of weights of classes M2 and M3.

Precision weights of class M2:
Adjustment, testing and calibration instrument for commercial scales (class II) and for quality assurance in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001ff for scales with fewer than 10,000 steps.

  • Use in General business and together with commercial scales (class III).
  • Weights for use in the calibration and official calibration of weights of class M3.

Commercial weights of class M3:
Adjustment, testing and calibration instrument for industrial scales (class IIII) and for quality assurance in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001ff  for scales with fewer than 3,000 steps.

Usage of weights:

  • Commercial scales (class III) and industrial scales (class IIII).
  • Learning materials for schools and training.
  • Load tests in elevator, crane and vehicle construction.

All 3 classes depending on precision requirement as load cells for pull, pressure and torsion requirements.
